I am currently accepting new patients by referral only at this time. Please call Mid Valley Counseling Center at 503-364-6093 or email me at Lesley@Lesleyarle.com to discuss the intake screening process.  Sign up for Hushmail after you receive a response from Lesley@Lesleyarle.com , in order to communicate confidentially with HIPAA standards.  I do not use standard email for ongoing communication. 

Telehealth and HIPAA compliant communication: Once you are screened by staff at Mid Valley Counseling Center, if you are provided an initial appointment , you will need to download the Spruce App to your phone and start a Spruce account by going to https://sprucecare/5038529015.  You will register and set a password. This is an "account registration" link only.  You will thereafter use the app on your phone or go to  www.sprucehealth.com  for future communication.  You will be able to have video or audio sessions as well as to text and attach your forms there.  Both the Spruce app and the computer link require you to use your password so make sure you remember it! 

Use your SPRUCE account to:  text or call me.  You may also call me at 503-312-2619. I do not text from this number but you may text through your Spruce app or your Spruce account on a laptop or tablet. 

Spruce Telehealth and HIPAA Compliant communication: (Currently all sessions are telehealth due to the Emergency Order) : 

                 Initially you will need to download the Spruce App to your phone and start a Spruce account by going to https://sprucecare/5038529015.  (This is an "account set up link" and can not be used for sessions).  You will register there and create a password you use prior to every session.  You will be able to have video or audio sessions as well as text and attach your forms through SPRUCE which is HIPAA compliant.   For ongoing communication use the Spruce app on your phone or you can go to www.sprucehealth.com on a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer for your sessions.  Both the Spruce app and the computer link require you to use your password so make sure you remember it!  

You may also use Hushmail at Lesley@Lesleyarle.com, you will need to sign up and create a password  for email that provides HIPAA privacy protections.  I do not use standard e-mail
